Refund Policy

Thanks for purchasing a paid membership at https://WorldProfitClubAssociates.Com (The World Profit Club Network Marketing Alliance main website) owned, operated by, and a division of Josserand Ace ConsultinG™.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you must open a support ticket at either https://WorldProfit.Support or https://Support.Josserand.Com with the words “Refund Request” in the subject of your ticket and your request clearly stated in the body of your ticket. This can be done at any time during any month of your membership. Only the membership fee for the current month will be refunded to you since you have had membership access and use of our site and all its benefits in previous months, if any, and that time has passed.

Technically, our refund policy only applies to the 1st 30 day of your membership; however, if you request a refund at any time thereafter, as stated above, we will refund that month’s membership fee and revert you to a free membership.

If you desire to have your membership fully cancelled, please state that in your ticket and we will delete your account thereafter, as well.

After we receive your ticket, it will be reviewed, and your refund will be processed. If we have any questions, you will be notified, but that will not affect your refund.

The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. That time is not in our control.
